Dr Peter Gray
Dr Peter Gray gained his doctorate from the University of Stirling in 2005 and has worked on European funded projects since 2002, in roles of project manager, evaluator, and creator of acronyms. His background is in education, including adult education, teacher education and STEM. His ambition is to change the way that research is organised or funded, and to create socially useful projects at all levels. Enveraco ltd. uses his experience to support others in moving towards a better future in education and research.
Marie Ross
Marie is a senior marketing leader with more than 10 years of experience delivering growth-focused marketing strategies across digital, brand, events and partnerships. She has worked across multiple sectors, helping organisations grow audiences, strengthen brands and achieve commercial objectives. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, Marie specialises in integrated campaigns, customer engagement, content strategy and performance optimisation. She is passionate about building meaningful connections between organisations and their audiences and enjoys working at the intersection of creativity, data and commercial growth.
Adrian Podaru
Adrian is a programmer and game developer with experience building interactive digital products, gameplay systems and web-based gaming platforms. He has worked across game development, technical implementation, product design and creative direction, combining programming knowledge with a strong understanding of user experience and commercial growth. Adrian focuses on developing scalable, engaging, and accessible games, from core mechanics and player systems to content structure, performance optimisation, and product delivery. He is passionate about using technology, creativity, and problem-solving to build digital experiences that are both technically solid and enjoyable for players.
